Vilian sings about the Namalao, the volcano bush turkey
whose eggs are a sought after delicacy. The bush turkey
walks around in the bush, scratches and digs for food as
well as good spots for nesting in the warm volcanic soil. She
makes a number of different empty nests in and around the
real nest order to confuse invading
creatures who would steal her eggs.
The Namalao is a highly regarded
bird in these parts.
